I have a passion for women’s wellness and am currently based in Calgary, Alberta. With my love and roots in the tropics, I’ve spent the last several years living abroad while training as a doula, studying holistic nutrition, lactation counseling, preconception health, fitness, and cooking. I’ve also volunteered with pregnant mothers and at infant orphanages, deepening both my understanding of maternal care and my faith.
Some fun things about me: I love longboard surfing, reformer pilates, travel, and my little beagle, Benny.
After spending nearly my entire adult life as somewhat of a nomad, it’s been exciting to bring my discoveries to the women I work with back home. The invaluable traditions of nourishing a woman through life’s transitions—whether into motherhood or a new way of living—have not been lost. By immersing myself in diverse cultures and understanding how they uphold women’s wellness, birthing, and postpartum practices, I’ve learned the power of community, support, and guidance during times of change.
This is why I’m deeply passionate about mentoring women—not just in fertility and postpartum care, but in navigating the seasons of womanhood with confidence, alignment, and intention. Whether you’re preparing for motherhood, balancing your hormones, or stepping into a new chapter, I’m here to guide you in creating a life that feels deeply nourishing and aligned.
I love playing with old film cameras! It's a hobby of mine.
